If I "knew best how to wiz" I'd have wizzed by now, surely?
I'm currently mortal (was I ever anything else?) because I never wizzed.
PPs just wind me up cos I guess I'd like to see mud with more players and no PP feature for (I hope) obvious reasons.
As for the whatnot, it looked at me funny. What more can I say?
As for fun, I play mud2 to kill players and rob them of their hard-earned points. That is where I get my fun from the game.

Are your points hard-earned then?

By my 14th mage on me wizrun I was beginning to think they were hard-earned yeah. But generally, no. But then I've put alot of time into the game. So in that way they have been hard-earned.

No pp option would be bad. Not everyone enjoys killing, and until you make wiz, you can't make them

How about a seperate PP database where butterflies land on your hand and bunny wabbits hop up to your doorstep to say "Hi!". A mystifying land, where skeletons, wolves, dragons and zombies come and sit by the camp-fire and you all sing merry songs together.
A land where no PK is allowed to go - or would want to go.
Hmmm...

Would we bring back PP wizzes then?
And also this would cause a huge divide in an already sparse community...

PP wizzes would be, I reckon, a really really bad idea.
Pk/non-pk database sounds a bit pants too - why should they have to play somewhere else just cos they don't like killing, or someone spoiling their set by hunting them down?

No no no. I was suggesting people like me go elsewhere to fight each other.

That's defeating the whole point! You gotta be respectful of the other players, even the ones who do stuff you don't agree with (like play pp's)!

Look, out of the PP community I'd say the vast majority of them would rather not play PP but they feel forced to because of PKs.
So if there was a seperate no PK database, or a seperate PK only database then maybe things would run smoother.
Then again, I think the whole game is written and subtly changed here and there to bring about a balance between the different types of player so having 1 type of player on different databases would destroy that balance so...
It was just a thought.
