Also should we run a sweepstake for how long it will take for CF to fall over , perhaps the winner gets a prefix/postfix of their choice for a month ?

No...south then east (for a very long way) you get to the Admiral Benbow Inn.

In MUD2 you can sadly cannot go south (or any compass direction except north) from the tearoom. Your map must be from MUD1 or a very early version of MUD2.

Soz - I was talking real life: if you go south from the tearoom (to the coast road) and then go east (to St Leonards) you will come to the Admiral Benbow Inn.
