You get that if you're in the land, not if you've killed something. The bash 3k is, I'm fairly certain, based on whether you killed something in THAT session, based on your OBIT ME.

Interesting, I assumed the 150, 300, and 3000 point bonus would work on the same algorithm. There must be an extra check on the 3k one before it grants the points.
