This is what happens when you forget to get a glow when you re-enter the game and enter a string command:
g ptr
Bow taken.
*wave ptr.k g f wp
Bow dropped.
You feel a sudden, painful electric shock from the bow, which makes it fall from your hand. Moments later, everything goes black, and you feel like your stomach has been sucked out. An instant afterwards, your surroundings swirl about you, and you rematerialise...
It's too dark to see now.
*You attack the goblin11, using the axe0 as a weapon.
*You miss someone.
Someone hits you (88/90).
Someone has started to use something to fight!
*You miss someone.
Someone misses you.
*You miss someone.
Someone hits you (82/90).
*You miss someone.
Someone hits you (62/90).
*You miss someone.
Someone hits you (42/90).
*You miss someone.
Someone hits you (25/90).
*sf
You cannot go northeast from here.
(-298 = 6,038).
Axe0 dropped.
You have fled by trying to go northeast.
(-500 = 5,538).
Cheerio!
Overall, you lost 798 points this game.

There must be a quicker way to kill all the rats than the method I adopt at the moment, but it is not a good idea to experiment when waiting for the dragon to die.
Minor passage.
*play flute.kick r f s
You send the clear notes of a tuneful melody ringing through the air.
The rat20 has been summoned.
An evil, black rat (rat20) bares its razor-sharp incisors at you.
*The rat20 is on the alert, and gets out of the way when you try and push it.
*The rat20 scuttles off.
*play flute.kick r f s

*play flute.kick r f s
You can't seem to produce any sound from the flute.
*The rat20 resists your efforts, and you hurt yourself trying.
(85/90).
You stumble southward yourself!
You slide down the chute, an air of expectancy about you. This ends rather sadly as you pile into an incinerator, which, although no longer alight, is nevertheless forty feet below where you come out. You die, of a broken everything.
(-125 = 5,750).
