I think we should have a bash.
I've just installed a new hard drive and haven't got clio working yet, but it's getting there.
So, how about a bash 3 weeks on Thursday at 9m?
The warm up bash is 2 weeks on Friday at 7.45pm. Bring your own pizza.
Three weeks is plenty of time to dust off a wizmort, see you there Royston!

'Royston' and 'wizmort' should not appear in the same sentence except to complain when he gets beaten up by one.
I am still having considerable trouble with Windows browsers. I am finding OSX so much easier and safer that I use Windows on my AppleMac, courtesy of Bootcamp, only to play Skyrim. The MUD clients available seem to fall down on Windows Millenium and later versions of the OS. I have completely wiped Windows from my old computer and installed a version of Linux but have not worked out how to get on line despite following instructions in two books. Kiwi was helping me with this. But real life got in the way. The time I had available became less and less and my contact with Kiwi just petered out. My fault not his.
I wil certainly try to be back for a couple of bashes but I will have to use the basic connection on the MUD site and will only be there if I can avoid the risk of viruses and the continuous invasion from Popups.

I meant 26th. I wasn't around on Friday but I'll try for Thursday if there's any interest.

Total madness. Java has blocked on the grounds that mudii is not a relliable site!

Bash report:
As Zedar wiped his rust smeared finger on some old paper labelled "Scriptorium Map" and managed to steal the Cowl, Folly tackled the firestone behind the wily watersnakes.
...There was no reset but our jaded old minds were of summer, rugby and beer. Nice catching up with you Folly.
And nice to meet the new guy on MUD from the States (Sorry I cannot spell your name!)
It might be a bit contrived to keep yelling BASH BASH so we will just say that we will bash at some point in the future.
Sorry those that couldn't make it. We didn't hang around long!
x

Zedar - the new guy on MUD is called Esistol. Clearly one to watch as he's only been playing a month or two and he's already in the top 3!
Final result of the rugby was Castleford Tigers 26-33 Wigan Warriors. Both teams doing considerably better than Leeds.
The nights start drawing in next month. Winter is coming.
Next bash is at 7.23pm on Sunday 12 June.

I'd like to be there, but RL doesn't give me a lot of time to commit myself to lengthy sessions. I don't get very many opportunities where I can expect to be uninterrupted for an hour or more these days.
