These words when placed in this order accurately portray the directors, actors and producers of Byker Grove.
As a child I would sit enchanted as I was intertwined in storys of social exclusion, adventure and teenage angst always admiring the authenticity of the storylines and holding the directors of the show in high regard.
Fastfoward to Tuesday night, a fateful day.. a watershed in my life... as I tuned into Byker Grove for the first time in years I was greeted by a phrase which struck fear into my heart.. "Denwell Burn"... yes the producers of byker grove seem to have conveniently forgot that the "rival" youthclub in byker is called "DENTON BURN" NOT "DENWELL BURN"... I cried, I spasmed, I contemplated ending a life which now had no meaning, I felt betrayed.
So after I recovered from this shock, I was able to contemplate the irony of this situation which led me to the wonderful text based world of Mud2, come and bask in my glory, oh great one.
I have some advice for all lost souls..
1. Light some candles.
2. Find God.
3. Frolic among nature.
Then my friends, you will have truley arrived in utopia.
