Many thanks to those who rallied to the cause at today's Mudmeet.
I never thought that I'd live to see the day when players jostled to get to the head of the queue to sign the 'Ban Hal' petition.
I was wrong. Today was that day.
To have a Wiz and an Arch Wizard add their names to the roster was more than I could have possibly imagined.
The documant was served to Hal at about 7pm.
We can safely assume that we've seen the back of this rascal once and for all.
I'm overcome with emotion. I will sleep soundly this night.

I have studied this document at great length and it is my opinion that it is invalid for the following reasons:
1. It refers to the "player" Armand and not the "persona". According to MUDspeke: "player: 1. noun The human being sitting at a terminal or PC playing MUD, as opposed to their representation in the game (ie. their persona)." Under this definition there is no such thing as a player named Armand.
2. The ban refers to MUD and not MUD2.
I conclude therefore that this attempt to have me banned has failed. I will be happy to discuss the matter further with you Blib, in the comfort of the tearoom.
