1. Repeating the last command quickly (ENTER)
2. Additional prompts (TAB)

This release featured mainly cosmetic improvements:
1. Wiz prefix colouring now handled properly
2. Blind/deaf/dumb/crippled now shown on FES status bar
3. No more annoying ANSI garbage
4. Removed unnecessary "Raw" and "Filter" tabs
5. FES bar colours the 15-20% stam range correctly now
6. Won't send FES when you're trying to choose your player name now
7. Will now relyably enter MUDFREND mode
8. Extra prompts from snooping or due to FES now filtered out

Hmm. Seems my duplicate prompt filtering code turns some of the following text white.. Should fix that soonish.
