With difficulty.
Unfortunately Real Player uses its own proprietary file format, and they're quite secretive with the codec, so there aren't many converters available.
I don't touch Real Player (or its variants) with a barge pole for that reason.
Try www.download.com and search for "real audio converter". You might have some luck there.
